As a relative new boy to these forums it is a pleasure to find a group of people who are willing to have discussions which have a modicom of common sense.
Most chatlines etc never get above the tits and bums conversations.
I have seen some of your contributions on various subjects and have joined in on some of your conversations. Keep up the good work

Hello Spud.
Thanks for your note. I too enjoy the quality of conversations on H2G2. It is also a relief to find a conversation forum which is not >99% American.
I also enjoy New Scientist, although I no longer subscribe because the overseas postage rates are very high. I have had one contribution published in "The Last Word". It even got into one of the Last Word books.
