Surely they can't censor that? It's been said on normal TV hours on TV
Anyway, you're name obviously comes from the Gelfs on Red Dwarf. Have you read the books? And did you know that the chief gelf was Ainsley Harriot?

Yes, yes and yes! Finally someone who figured out that my name came from the gelfs and NOT from those muppets in the Dark Crystal! So what's your fave ep? I'm rather partial to "Parallel Universe," "Bodyswap," "Dimension Jump," and "Balance of Power"
Smeggin' brilliant! (btw, have you noticed any similarities btwn HHGGTG and RD?)

I like them all. Especially "Back to Reality" (if only for the smeg up", Demons and Angels (or whatever it's called), and that one with Kryten's brother. And *any* with the cat
Fish!
It could be said that Arthur Dent and Lister are very similar, being the last examples of the human race and miles from anywhere for long periods of time.
I've seen Craig Charles do stand up. He walked right next to me!
Strange show, though

strange in what way? I've heard he's rather raunchy...
I love the Cat's suits... "Smooth with a capital smoo"
As for the similarities, there are other things too, I think...the nutty computers, problems with artificial intelligence and food dispensing machines....just to name a couple...

Yes...dubious ways of getting home 'quicker'
Yes, very raunchy. Did you also know he can do hedders for about three or four minutes while still talking?

gelfling Posted Mar 28, 2001
that's kind of cool actually... I've heard he's also aquite a juggler, juggling lemons and whatnot...but still, what exactly can one talk about when "doing hedders?" I would imagine that would take a bit of concentration...

That's in his Craig Charles: The log (a dwarfer's guide to everything)
Have you read it? It's pretty entertaining!
So, what else was there? I heard a rumor that at one of his tours recently he did something very distasteful but I'm not sure what. (though I wouldn't be too surprised)

Yeah, I knicked it off my brother. He did actually refer to it a lot in the show and he was pi... er..drunk.
Do you mean the bit where he dropped his trousers?

I can't explain how t went in all it's graphic detail, as you'd never get to see it...
Suffice to say, it was......*different*

gelfling Posted Apr 4, 2001
That's okay... i didn't really want you to. Only reason I brought anything up to begin with was that it had been nicknamed the "sickbag tour" that's all. "Different" suffices more than enough...
Did you know he had a band? (He's not as bad a musician as they put on...)

A band? No, I didn't.
I know he could play; I seem to remember him using a guitar
They always say you need to be really good to play really badly
