Hi woman, qué tal? Im back and breaking my self-promise of not posting here. I have a tendency to get addicted to this place and RL next course will be really busy, but...what the F! Carpe diem it's also another self-promise I made myself. I think that I've left still a few rational neurones that will help me to be a good girl
This summer I've read The Elegance of . It was a best-seller in France last year. I've enjoyed it a lot. I was thinking about you when reading it.
I recommend it to you. It is written by a teacher of philosophy,Muriel Barbery. She is funny and clever. It is about Art and its relationship with feelings, mainly. I won't tell you much. I hope you read it.
A big
Mar

good to hear from you Mar.
Have just ordered the book from Amazon.
Yes from the little I've read about the book, it sounds right up my street. I'll get round to reading it sometime this year hopefully. The concentration required for reading anything much more than a few paragraphs is just not there for me at present.

YOu will recover your concentration soon. YOur garden can help you, I guess.
The book doesn´t ask for much concentration. You will read from two diaries which have a few things in common. It is amusing, mainly.
For lack of concentration, Rayuela, by Julio Cortázar. It's a laberyth. I'm reading it now, more out of curiosity as it is a kind of totem of the Hispanic literature, a kind of Ulisses by Joyce.
I read a bit from time to time. It's a bit messy. YOu find brilliants sentences that help you not to abandon.

If I were now in London, I would visit one of its gardens. It could help me to feel good if not to recover concentration.
Have a good time.
