Yes I guessed about the emails. Though I was initially very upset and freaked out.
I'm permanently slightly hypomanic lately. Minimal sleep and eating. This time of year it's always the same. brain in overdrive thinking a lot of the time. sex drive increased etc Music and good films hugely pleasurable.
But don't you enjoy it a bit too. Don't worry just enjoy it. Enjoy the ride..........

Well...damn right I enjoy it.
BUT...it's important for me (and you) to stay in touch with people qualified in psychiatric medicine who can let us know if they think it's going to far. So I have a CPN appointment scheduled for when I get back from The Land of the Midnight Blonde.
Incidentally...here's something...onceuponatime you were extremely reluctant to mention your illness to others. Now you advertise it as a virtue. Yes?
And sorry for any freaked-outery.

Not a virtue. But I now play up the positives for my own sake to feel good about myself. I've spent far too much of my life screwing myself up by pretending to be normal out of shame. I'm NOT normal. That's the truth. And it's bloody stupid because there are positives as well as the negatives.
I'm mostly in denial a lot of the time about the negatives. Wait 'til next winter though. i doubt I'll be in denial then....

Yeah...winters are a bitch. And you're right to play up positives.
N'night.
