I'll be in London on the 12th in the evening Ive got an awards dinner to go to, free thing from work, but on the next day Ive got the day off work and I dont normally work fridays either so if you fancy a pint or you want to suggest a good pie and mash shop or jellied eeels or whatever you Londoners eat Im all ears.

What nicer person could one spend a few hours in the company of then? Though I'm not sure I want to spend the time it in a Pie and Mash shop though. I was thinking more of a cheap Italian place in Soho, followed by the French House in Dean street. God I sound a bit poncey.

Well I can be all of those things some of the time. The way it works is that good people tend to bring out the best in me. So if we do end up knocking about in London then London better be on the look out for some bullying

When I visited az I had set off for a morning run around a bit of the city and had to ring her twice...before i had even got out of the building because I didnt know how to get out of the security locks ont he front door to the block of apartments

Work has got in the way one of the other coaches has gone off sick So I have to be back to work on thursday evening.
