I get quite tired of the way literal Rape is the only form of rape discussed.

I think that is childishly simplistic. Of course people talk of eg 'rape' of the landscape. But you don't hear people talk about the effects of psychological rape seriously.

And it goes on all the time to a greater or lesser degree.

I'm becoming increasingly intolerant of the amount of childish simplistic thinking around...especially the amount I now come across online.

I do think it is really tragic how tolerated that now is. (I'm not talking about humorous banter, but actual supposed *thinking* that more and more people appear now to engage in.

I think it hits you more when you read text from people. You can walk away from idiots who indulge in 'stupidity made coherent' in real life. You can throw useless books in the dustbin.
