h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Its so nice this cat has started coming round...and I hear the sound of the cat flap again...since Ivy died last year. I got some Go Cat for it. it's so nice the way it drops in now and then.

Its quite purry but not too much...and can suddenly turn around and do a mock bite. But also lie on the floor and roll over and over in happiness.

I couldn't imagine getting another cat after Ivy died..besides which I'm not sure I'd be up to it.

This is the best way to have a cat.

Feeling pretty unhappy...but suddenly that cat was in my bedroom and really it only just does come round for food now

What a pretty tabby. I do like cats that look like they could be wild still.

Cat has been coming in every 5 minutes this evening..but getting bored with its usual dry cat food.

Gave it a raw egg which it loved.

Cat's just come in, I'll try it on its own food again. Purring and miaowing a lot..rolling around

Cat just came in for extra brekkie...never known her so happy and purry.

Not been here for 24 hours.

Thank god for that she just came round for tea...well extra tea I presume.

Just browsing (I'm new around these parts)... And I spotted your cat flap...
I love cats and have always had quite a few at a time over the years. Now I have only one...I lost my Delilah (silver tabby and beautiful) in April after 21 years, so I know what it is like to loose a furry friend, but still have one black cat that insists on jumping on my head in the mornings when I'm still asleep...and then after I'm awake, she promptly disappears!!! What's all that about???

All I can say is that it is nice that you have a friend...and cats always know which side their bread is buttered

So nice you dropped in. Yes this cat who comes around is very special..and its so random when she comes. I like that in a way. When she does turn up its such a surprise.

It's so different from having your own cat. My last cat was truly special. So intelligent..and it was heart breaking to see her going down hill and when she died which was here was horrible. It was on a sunday..and I know its really hard to get hold of vets on a sunday. And she's buried in the garden.

But I love this cat to. And would happily have her as my cat..but that wouldn't be fun on her actual owners.

I did some more, plus loaded some of Ivy my cat who died last year at 21..who was the most amazing intelligent cat..and so lovely in every way.

I worked out that according to where I will my pitch my SAS tunnel. I'll be sleeping right on top of her grave.
