Okay I know I said I'm outta here, but to *me* this is too important.

Apparently an anti-troll squad is being mooted. Something operating outside the Law of noohootoo.

No-one knows how someone will be assigned the label 'troll'. Who will make this decision? I do know that words are powerful things. That so have the label 'troll' slapped on you would be horrendous for some people. And it would be Kafkaesque, (anyone read The Trial?)

So suddenly you may have this squad descend on you. I may well. And why? Because we have to allow people the freedom to set up an anti troll squad.

I say the Law of noohootoo should be making these decisions. That will prevent Fear.

If I was running noohootoo there would be *no* anti troll squads. They would be unnacceptable because of the *fear* that will cause some people.

I say Law is primary because it takes *care* of all the people and gives them equal rights to a fair hearing.

Why do people want to keep using the word 'troll'?

To me that's simplistic. One looks at behaviour and analyses that. How destructive is it intended? What are the games? What are the politics?

No-one uses the silly word 'troll' in real life. One looks at the complexities. And yes if someone is out and out 'destructive' call it that...or manipulative...

I think it's a silly online oversimplification to say 'troll'.

I can think of much more blunt and unpleasant ways of describing certain kinds of behaviour.

But simplistic thinking is everywhere.

Oh to be a Grammar school girl.

Am thinking to set up an anti anti-troll squad if necessary. Oh the joys of freedom.

Hopefully it won't be necessary.
