Good morning, or evening or whatever it is when you read this.
You have quite a..a...er...interesting space there. (Secretly, I believe many are in awe of it)
Sadly, I am not first among equals, mostly because I'm in a class of my own. Yes, everyone who's met me says that. My friend Steve will often say, "That Moatas, he's in a class by himself" or was that 'in his own little world'? No matter.
I had a nice visit to your space and want to say so. Thank You.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound sarcastic. I try to only do that on purpose so I can enjoy it.
If I am first among equals, does that mean I'm more equal that others? I'm a equal-plus? I like that idea, 'Moatas, he's an equal-plus.'
