Hmmm, I'm afraid I'm not in the mood for making fun with my grandmother. She's the most positive-minded person I've ever known, and she has always been in good health, bike-camping for her holiday when she was over 80. But now she's gonna die. I was with her on sunday for five hours, at least two hours I just sat there, holding her hand.
So...
.......... let's make fun of something else instead!

I am sorry. I know how difficult it is to see a loved one so weak...
... I am a Daddy's girl-- BIG TIME... and a couple weeks ago, my daddy nearly died of a heart attack.... but he's ok now!!! That morning, when they were working on him, and gripped my mommy's hand sooo tight-- unfair that we form these precious bonds as human beings, but... as human beings, those bonds must be transitory...
He is ok!!!
And it'll be ok!!!
And on a happy note, I've made about middle ground on the current list of most prolific posters!!!

My mom has a weak heart, I know how it is - but let us not make *this* subject into a competition! :-) * Advertising a link * http://www.h2g2.com/F52382?thread=80975 ;-)
