If you want to include a mail form you will need to be using a web hosting package that allows you to run cgi (server-side) scripts (i.e. the ability to use perl or php)

Actually, I think our hosting package allows us to give someone a separate password for working on the site... Then again, what I have now works, it's just not pretty.

Take a look at http://tiddlywiki.com/

I'm now using it on http://happy.freeshell.org/

There are lot's of themes http://tiddlythemes.com/#[[Website%20friendly%20themes]] (you will need to coppy & paste that link)

Just download the TiddlyWiki file from the TiddlyWiki web-site open the file up in a web-browser and start editing using wiki markup (http://tiddlywiki.org/wiki/TiddlyWiki_Markup )

You may find that using it makes maintaining your site easier (then again it might just smiley - headhurtssmiley - space)
