Hi Happy 
A friendly question:
Have you read a book called Dimension of Miracles by Robert Sheckley?
Happy: i read this little book, a couple of months ago; something someone had found, and thought i might like to read. It is about, THE best book i have ever read; so i have been telling everyone too.
I challenge you to read the first page and try putting it down !
It really is good fun, and there will be at least one of my friends getting a copy this year for Christmas.
Btw, it is out of print, secondhand copies are easy to come by though, and even better, there is an anthology of the authors work ( only 3 or 4 of his books in one volume i think ) , called " Dimensions of Sheckley", which contains among other stories this book" Dimension of Miracles", which is available to buy new.

The only book I have by Robert Sheckley is "The Status Civilization" which is a thoroughly good thought provoking read so I have no hesitation in accepting your recommendation
