JLC stands for the initials of my name, I try to keep that confidential so I will e-mail you that if you like. the TTP stand for the total package, and has some resonance to TP and the Heartbreakers. That's Tom Petty, I am trying to get back into my running program as well and he's my partner there. I love his music when I jog.
Now yoga, I am thrilled that you want to get into some encouragement and partnering with me on this one. Have you ever studied any kind of yoga before? I do Hatha. Which is basically stretching and breathing. you do some visualization on the energy channels or nadis as they are called in Hindu. We can start tomorrow with some basic breathing techinques. If you need me to guide you through the steps, I can do that. Do you know any of the basic asanas? These are breathing and stretching poses in Hatha yoga. If you can give me some feedback on if any of this is familiar to you we can start asap. I would like to do a Yoga journal with my partner and set up a sequence of asanas and then encourage each other. I am thrilled that you are interested. Let me know if you are following and if you can help me as well. How well versed in yoga? Have you practiced any other types of yoga and is Hatha the kind of yoga you are interested in? As for what I prefer to be called, at the h2g2 just JLC will do in correspondance.We can start when I get your response.
