no band can succeed without a manager that all memebers can relate with and get along with. female managers are the best. I suggest you depose this kookamunga and slip in someone with some skills... at this point all that has probably been worked out, so what is the outcome, 42?

hahaha i'm the same person as 42 by the way and the band fell apart when the "manager" got tossed out of the school band
