Oh, here we go.

Right, all that babbling I put down in my "about me" section should go in here. That makes more sense. And I'm sure I'll have a huge audience for my ramblings once I have it all properly placed. Le's go then:
"So... just joined h2g2, about two minutes after I heard about it on the BBC newsite. It seemed too cool to pass up, though it'll be a few years before I can get any significant traveling in, and so I won't be able to make any entries that'll be to useful to hitchhikers, per se... but I suspect that part's not meant literally anyway, since so far I've read about girl scoots, motorcycles, and impeachment. So for now, I'll just be entering advice for more stationary journeys, such as surviving college, understanding four dimensional space... whatever. And I'm babbling. Am I supposed to babble? I haven't taken a look around on anyone else's "Space" yet."
skip some stuff...
"Oh yeah, and: my name! 'Shauun'. Right, well, see, they said it had to be at least six letters long, which 'Shawn' isn't, and well, I AM a UU, or at least I go to their church, so... 'Shauun'."

Well, I'm recording it for posterity.

Hmm, normally I try to avoid blog-like things, but I decided I should at least go ahead and try this out. I've been writting a paper about memes all day, and so my whole brain's screaming that I'm going to catch a horrible blog-meme-virus and become another blog-addict... but I've always tried to be open minded, so I'll have a look around at the phenomenon. Carefully. With one of those rubber suits and a gas mask.
But I'm sure I'm just being paranoid.
