Is it Alabaster, or is there lots of blue and some dolphins (so therefore Pliny)? If there's no DNA in the URL, then it's Pliny. I've got a page bookmarked from a project I was doing ages ago that I use when I want to use Brunel: http://h2g2.com/dna/h2g2/brunel/A1157997

There's no support for the old skins, so it's not really advertised how to get to them.

I see now that when one changes preferences to Brunel, a new login icon is created which takes you to Brunel automatically...thanks for helping...

I didn't say that right, but you know what I meant...
When you look at my space do you see whichever skin I used last, or what?
Alabaster, Brunel. Pliney, Goo...a login icon for each under an H2G2 folder on the menu bar...still deciding...

I have learned:
1. All skins except Pliny are considered Ripley skin...best nuked from outer space, limited in functionality and unsupported. For example, they do not support links to videos.
2. on H2G2, the "S" must be removed from HTTPS links for the link to work.
Therefore I will only use the Pliny skin.

Pliney skins don't have eyeballs next to the user names to show who is online...Ripley skins do...
On the other hand...the "who's online" function is partly broken, showing many of the long-departed as still online...ghostly eyeballs...

Who's Online hasn't worked for yonks. It shows PSs visited as active researchers.
Whereabouts in FL are you now? Theoretically, we'll be in Tampa in December, and may be meeting FloridaSailor.

December? An Optimist...
We are in Sarasota living in a condo with 86 units...the average age is about 80...I'm 76 now myself...that sounds kind of old when I say it...
Having fun again on H2G2...what an interesting bunch of slightly bent humans...

We are having an interesting discussion about "Florida Man" over on cactuscafe's Daydream Thread...I've changed my name for a day or two...

I can see where you might change Pliny to not show ghostly eyeballs...I figured that out when I saw Hypatia's eyes on Brunel conversations...
Seems like you could just reboot the system but it must not be that simple...
