*Maria puts freshens her makeup and hair and brushes the lint from her charcoal power suit and crimson silk blouse. Throws on a string of pearls at the last moment.*
I really don't have time for this thing, but the invitation was vague. Don't know if it's business or pleasure. Have to go just to find out. Best try not to look annoyed.
