Simply explain yourself, clearly. What, precisely, do you believe is meant by the phrase "kevlar bullet", if not a bullet made from kevlar? (Note: I have asked you this question several times before. Do you actually know the answer?)

Do you, perhaps, mean a bullet specifically designed to *penetrate* kevlar (the "cop killer" bullet vilified in the press)? Oh, no, hang on, you can't mean that, because the context was specifically that of a LESS than normally penetrative bullet.

OK, maybe, do you imagine "kevlar bullet" means "a bullet that won't go through kevlar"? This seems an extremely strange formulation, since those familiar with normal pistol ammunition call that kind of bullet a "bullet", with no need for any modifier. So you can't think that, either...

This is truly, honestly baffling to me.

How is the concept of a hardened brass bullet that is more penetrative than usual in any way relevant to the concept of a bullet supposedly made of kevlar that is LESS penetrative than usual? The two seem to me to be absolute diametric opposites.

Also, I have never in my life heard the brass bullets used to penetrate body armour referred to as "kevlar bullets". And neither has Two Bit, who I'll wager has fired more rounds from a pistol than you've had hot dinners. And yet you felt the need to disparage him for never having heard of kevlar bullets... or being able to find anything out about them.

Y'see, it was the insult that got me. The sheer ignorance of it.
