I was very lucky to be one of the winners of the Premiere tickets

I am just trying to find others who are in the same boat, to see if they are anywhere near me so we can maybe travel down together!
I have found two winners, but i can't seem to leave any messages for them though as when I click on leave a message, I get told that I haven't logged in!??

Any ideas??

Still having trouble posting a message to some of the winners that have posted that they would like to meet up with other winners!

I have tried the "Leave A Message" link on stumo_'s personal space, but it keeps telling me:-

Firstly congratulations on winning the ticket! I see the problems you've had in contacting those researchers. The reason you cannot contact Small Rabbit is because they haven't written anything on their personal space yet so it is still 'locked' which means nobody can leave them a message. (This is a feature which was later removed, but they must have joined up while this was still the case). I've left Small Rabbit a message in another thread asking them to either write something on their space or to contact you.

As for Stumo_, I had the same problem as you. I'm not really sure why this is and I emailed the staff about it for you. Hopefully we should get an answer about that soon. I also asked if there was going to be a list of the winners anywhere so that you can find some other people to travel with, so I'll let you know what they say.

Turns out that they can't give out a list of winners because the staff at h2g2 only have the people's real names and this could cause problems if they use pseudonyms on site and don't want their contact details to be known.

Not sure yet about the people that we were unable to contact. Might just have to wait and see about that, but I'll let you know if I do get any more info.

I'm not too bothered if I have to travel on my own, but it would have been nice to meet up with other winners if they were up for it!

I worked out that I couldn't write to small rabbit for that reason just after I posted my second post to you, but thanks anyway.

We had front row seats, so were just a few feet away from most of the cast!

The majority of the famous lot rushed off at the end, but I did speak very briefly to Douglas Adams wife on the way out and got Stephen Fry to sign my brochure whilst congratulating him on a job well done as "the voice of the book"

The movie is brilliant - they did a superb job. I almost expected it not to be as the TV series, but if anything it was as good as or possibly better. You should go see it when it comes out properly.

I went to see the movie at the weekend and I really enjoyed it as well. Some bits could have been done better I thought, but overall it was pretty awesome! The song about the dolphins was great! Anyway, hope you're getting on alright around h2g2, take care,
