Welcome to h2g2, Eltheza.
I see Bel's left you a message with some useful links.
h2g2 can seem a bit daunting at first. It took me 2 years before I plucked up the courage to write an entry and put it through Peer Review. Once I had, I discovered that it wasn't such a big deal, and now I've written quite a few on various things.
Like you, I'm studying (with the Open University in my case), and it does limit my time here. Fortunately, nobody is expected to contribute, and nobody will press you. We all work at our own pace, and many don't write articles at all - they're here for the social side, and the community's much better for it.
