Hello there Lampadas.
It's interesting that one of the characters in Buddhist mythology is "Monkey". He was the subject of a great novel a few centuries ago and a pathetic TV series much more recently.
He had many names including "Sage Equal of Heaven" and "Handsome Monkey King". He spent some time as a novice monk and had to take a name in religion. He choose to be called "Aware of Vacuity". I think this is such an interesting name because man is the only animal we know of that is aware of vacuity, that is to say he is aware of the possibility that there could be nothing rather than something. Other animals are aware of themselves and their surrounding, but only man is aware of vacuity.
So, cheer up!, at least you are a member of a species with a unique, though vacuous and futile, capability.
