Portia - a thought. Were you at the (Cromford?) meet?

At the risk of sounding salacious, you might want to check out the posting in this thread:

entitled "Sperm Donation by Chris", and starting out "Dear Lesbian Couple, ..."
It's amazing what sticks around in the web, isn't it.

Thanks Peet!
Found it (the message) eventually! Still find this mildly confusing - no - let's not go there!
Eeerr uuhhmm - what can I say? Recent events do start to make a bit more sense (though I'm not sure that "sense" comes into it much....!).
Cheers!

Hi Peet
Just found this message as well! No - I wasn't at Cromford (I inhabit Soggy Surrey - soggy today at least). I did look at the photos in the Lockin though and wondered who "Chris" was. "Cuckoo" and "nest" were words that sprang to mind - though that may be being wise after the event. He did look slightly uncomfortable to my mind....
Checked out your other link. Gosh......! As you say - it's amazing what hangs about!
Byeee!

Hey, Portia. I was just trying to find someone who was there who could give an opinion on how old his daughter was. He had a 13-year old in early 2004, so 14-15 would have fitted the facts nicely.

Hi Peet
The girl on the Cromford photos didn't look 14/15 to me - I'd have said 10/11ish.
The dreaded "Hello Lesbians" message did say he had an 8 year old daughter, though (not sure of the date of that without going back to it). Looks a more likely bet I'd say.
Poor kid - she must have wondered what on earth that was all about. Takes all sorts, I suppose..........!
Night night!
