OK, so I'm all fired up to read this conversation about the blues, and topic drift and it isn't there? Huh?

Well, Jim says it is my imagination - I am checking with (tonsil revenge) and Blues Shark to see which thread they think it is.
I hate it when my mind pulls the rug out from under me - the strongest mind altering substances I abused that weekend were Cadbury's Chocolate Trifles.

Got it - it was 'how to you take peace to a war-loving people' http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/alabaster/F19585?thread=171546&skip=80&show=20 The first five posts on that page give a flavour of the thread as a whole, and then (tr) asks the humdinger and the whole thing spins off topic at the rate of about one post every 20 minutes. Zagreb comes in and looks confused at one point, but we effectively killed the thread. a high class whore called Ben

Excellent! Found it, yeah, you pretty much killed it, skinned it and stuck its head over the fire, huh?
Now... I just read a little bit of your thread about speeding... the phrase "could you give me a bell" was met with the response "bell? what bell?".
May I respectfully (and slightly drunkenly, it must be said ) suggest you check out my personal space, specifically the section entittytitled "My name, and other users of it", and note that I have never actually posted to your speed thread, and you have instead been addressing one of the ten people who could be bothered to spell "Hooloovoo" correctly (i.e. HLV, instead of HVL).
"Confusion
will be my epitaph
As I crawl
the cracked and broken path
if we make it
we can all sit back and laugh
but I fear, tomorrow, we'll be crying"
H. Then a V. Then a L. Then a "oooooooooooooooooooooh". Hopefully.
