As I've just posted elsewhere, I spent two days last week stuffing copies of 26 different documents into 110 envelopes, ready for the onslaught later this week.
Went into the office with my boss yesterday morning to pick up the [ssh! you know what!] and add up numbers. Today was entering [****s] and [********s] into the database and on Thursday I will probably spend most of the morning answering the phone to tearful applicants who've missed their [***** *****s], and then fending off their irate parents. Oh joy!
