I made the mistake of taking some music to a place I didn't know, and of course, predictably, they are playing up.
I saw some photos. Ima looks exactly as I had seen in my mind's eye.
So at least I know not to go there again. I shall go to my usual place tomorrow morning earlystones, and get them to do the job. Then I shall take Isaac's present to him, and Lily's music in a properly bound presentation. I wonder what Isaac's cello teacher will make of the piano accompaniment I did for the Study? Isaac's gift is quite astonishing; I've never, well the world has only very rarely seen the like. I wish he'd spend more time getting to know the basic repertoire though. He needs to be listening to lots of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven. Not copying the style of an unknown amateur.
