Ah. If you've already set it up then I'm not sure. I did it through iPlayer, but I've just gone to have a look and that option is gone. I can't find it anywhere. 
Sorry I can't be of more use. Try Ask, someone may have tried since the last bbc.co.uk update.

Yes, I'm fine -now- but had some issues to deal with at home and all that jazz. I've dropped into 
mode for a little and will post if and when I can contribute something useful.
