I took a PC from a previous job (phew! about 5 years ago) and use it purely for e-mails at home. But it's now sooooooo old that I can't access h2g2, so I have to buy a new one.

Will you start looking round for something else? Or start digging the garden and pottering in the shed?

Glad to see you took my advice and blew your last quids on a PC! Any news on the job front? What is it you do, exactly? One of my UK based customers are looking for people (sales types) with a technical background. If you're interested I can give you their address (industrial display systems is probably how they would describe their biz.) They're based in Aldermaston, but I think you wouldn't have to go there very often. Up to you. But if you want it I'll mail the address.
