Hello Sweetmelissa
Generally to start off with most people write a bit about themselves, where they live etc. Also any hobbies or interests so people coming to your page can chat about things you have in common. This is the best way of meeting people on the site.
The rest is up to you, or if you want to keep some stuff about yourself private that is OK too, I've got a notice somewhere on my page about psychos and spammers.
If you get stuck or have a problem either click on my link or on the logo in the top left hand corner and follow the links till you find someone who will help. If I can't help I'll point you in the direction of someone who can.
