I guess you're right about the chocolate you grew on business... As a child we never had choclate at home, except for when my grandparents would come or once every 6 months, when the Kibbutz actually got some Ragussa bars , so now mmy mind, and mouth, are open to all kinds of 
: Hershey's, Lindt, Milka, Mozart balls, Israeli stuff, whatever- just no mint, orange and coffe!

Never heard of Ragussa bars, but I'd have to agree with the last bit - not really a fan of orange or coffee in chocolate, though mint can be okay...
