For your information...

electron Volts measure energy.
The charge on an electron could be measured in Coloumbs, but that is a very small number so - for particles - that charge is usually represented just by e for convenience.
Voltage is Joules per Coloumb. Hence eV -> Coulomb * J / Coulomb = J.

I think you intended to ask for "the charge on an electron in Coloumbs" on That thread.
