You might remember that I lost my wallet a couple of days ago. I was quite annoyed, and had to apply for a new drivers licence, bank cards, and all that.
Well, yesterday they turned up. Not the wallet, just most of its contents.
A little envelope arrived in the post, containing my licence, bank cards, student ID and a whole heap of coupons.
But the wallet and the money in it, as well as train tickets worth $30 were missing.
At least the student ID showed up - it costs $20 for a new one.
Very strange.

reminds me of a theft we had near where i live a few weeks back...
someone kicked in the doors of a church and stole all their musical equipment. the news carried a story on what had happened and two days or so later someone kicked in the doors to the church once more only this time they left the musical equipment that was stolen.

Very weird indeed.
Sounds like even criminals have a conscience.

yes, i do believe you are correct. i am just glad they were returned because from what i understood this church was quite small and did not have the money to replace any of the equipment...
btw, hello...i am terribly sorry for just barging into your page without saying hello first.
