I'm posting here to avoid disturbing the flow of the S.T.U.M.P.E.D. forum, but to answer you question the reasion Happy can not understand the meaning of torture is because he's a manicaly happy masochist.

That was a rhetorical question. But masochism, eh? Sounds like most of the people in that forum...almost a requirement by this point! 
Except me...oh, speaking of which, have you seen what's been happening to Kudos lately?
And I've seen YOU out of character before in other places around h2g2...you seem like a much more, er, reasonable person outside the STUMPED context.

I only get manicaly happy when I'm trying to be a supervillen, it is possable to tortchure Happy, you just have to be creative and bare in mind his personalty quirks.
