Seems a bit daunting, but I'll give it a go.

and take your time - when I first became a researcher, I didn't know anything about HTML, but after a while I got envious about the snazzy looking user pages of other researchers.

Trying to find out how to 'spice up' my own page taught me a *lot* - things that have proved to be useful to me career wise.

Can't see it helping my career. I'll have a go anyway.

You might say I changed career - a bit - because of that added knowledge.
