Definitely coming back here to annoy you, there's a lot here, I have 3 dogs who behave much as your's do.
Just had a quick skim before logging off, had to move the puppy out of the way of the infra red keyboard path, couldn't communicate with the box.

Hi Ford, nice of you to drop in. I've put the address where you can find the BT Anytime software (no need for CDs) here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A530263
Can you download software with OnDigital? If so, you should be able to download BT Anytime ok.
I sympathise with your dog situation. I'm sitting here trying to type this with one of pests sitting on my lap. It's not very helpful. What a pain!
