Happy Ent

I am completely flatted, someone bothered about me beeing here, this is a new experience for me.
Well yes, The Lord Of The Rings is one of the books I read more than once.
And I already have a problem, I hope You can help me with. Somewhere on my page I used the word "termin", because I don't know the correct english word for it, so I wrote the german word for it until I had a chance to look up the translation for it (well I am german, I can't help it). But I hope You can easily fix this. A termin is a set time at which you have to be at a set place, because someone is there waiting for You. What is the english word for it? Thank you very much in advance.
