Hi, well here are my thoughts.

Long Version:
When joining I prefer to look around before "committing". During
this period I prefer not to be viewed as either condoning (by
joining) or not condoning (by leaving after joining) the forum. It
is not clear to me that once 606 has closed 606v2 tennis will be
sustainable. It depends on a critical mass of individuals willing
to spend time on the forum, time that I don't think I'll have in the
long run. So I intend to dip in and dip out. Of course the main
reason for joining the forum was to keep open the possibility of
communicating with some interesting and smart people post 606. For
those that might recognise the entity that is me from 606 - I used an
incarnated 606 members name so that it would be possible to confirm
suspicions. It also makes it more interesting if ever I have to
explain the reasoning behind the 606v2 name.

Short Version:

And now my thoughts...

That long version was really, really not necessary. I figured as much. I knew you were checking out those other forums, and I figured you joined 606v2 cause that makes it easier to explore it, whereas on the MTL you don't get many more options from being a user (Sooo, are you there yet? You have to tell me now .).
The ability to see all the posts by one user can be a very useful feature. That's how I did my research on you , cause I hadn't seen your posts on the Rafateers thread or Stoney's off-topic threads (I'm not really into discussions on the Libya situation - been there, done that... and I'm not sure if I've formed a final and clear opinion on what happened here or whether it should have happened or not. Probably not the way it did, but what else? Besides, I don't think that people outside Libya can fully comprehend what's going on in there. That said, I understand your stand on all that.).

Anyway, I didn't want to say anything on 606v2, cause you obivously didn't want "to be viewed", but I had to tell you that you're not as invisible as you might think or want to be... to me anyway.

As for the short version... Well, I knew that!

So, you know... As you were ! I'm not gonna tell.
For what it's worth, I would really like if you decided to permanently join whichever of the two forums under whichever name.
I must say that I like MTL better for several reasons... and 606v2 is too one-sided for my liking.


Actually, I meant that about inner beauty in a more general way. Like, when you see someone for the first time and they appear to be interesting and mysterious, but then turn out to be rather empty and dull... and vice versa. Also, bad people can never be beautiful, no matter what they look like. So I can say for sure that there are some truly beautiful people on these forums.
