Hi havnt talked to you before but noticed one of your ACE messages.
The URLS you provide are helpful but you dont have to provide the full thing just type the A or U number for example U182647 or A662636
also URLs which end in a word ,smiley for instance. Put the word such as feedback or smiley between these brackets < . / > to open and < / . > to close but without the spaces so you get <./>smiley</.>
