I think I've figured out why I'm so melancholy sometimes.
I need to be infatuated with someone.
How very sad, really. It's like two of the characters in the play I'm stage managing, Checkov's The Sea Gull.
They're both in love with men who don't return their affections, and marry men that they don't love.
I hope that isn't MY future... *sigh*
P.S. I think I'm going to change my major. I hate stage managing.

well, /actually/....
i'm thinking of changing it to either sociology or abnormal psych and going into the FBI/CIA to be a field agent.

You should realise that I'm serious! Really ... if you want to do something to make the world better, to make your country safer ... if you really want to use all of your talents, abilities, and interests, there are much better things you can do. Why not talk to me about *that*? I promise you this ... in *reality*, the life of a spy sucks like nothing you can imagine.

So why not tell me what you'd really like to do to make the world better, and your country safer ... so we can discuss it a bit, so you can get some more ideas, so you can figure out what would really be best for you to do?
