Writers Block

Ok, So I have added my first chapter to my entry and I am now stuck on my second chapter. I don't know what to write so I guess I am just going to have to wait for it to come to me whenever that will be.
I am trying to read other book in the mean time but I cannot seem to concentrate on anything else

Well it is time again to rack my brain to think of what I can write. I am having writers block I think, I cannot seem to get my idea's out of my head. I didn't stop to think that writing a fiction would be so hard! I knew it was a task to do but I had no idea.
I am ready to do this, and I know I am a writer so why am I having problems? I have my title and an idea of my characters and also how this ends but what can I do for my first chapter? I have decided to go with a girl called Billie who is adopted and is on a search to find her real mother to ask all questions she needs answers for and then all the starnge this begin!!!
