Ok I was thinking today that I owe you all an apology for me not being here so much recently, I have made some really good friends on Hootoo and that Is why I am writing this, I feel you should all get to know a bit more about the real me.
I will write it all in a summary, I got back from India, started University, Met Amanda, American, lovely. Also met Gabriela, Mexican, lovely (or so I thought). Had a lovely relationship with Amanda, which ended with us both being friends and Gabriela, who I thought was a close friend lied to me about alot of things anyway.
So I will drive Amanda to the Airport on Monday, I drive my other friend Laura to the Airport in a week, and I lose two people who have meant alot to my life over the past while.
To top it all off I have lost a friend In my Ex-Girlfriend Adriana, because I was being a jerk.
Now tonight I decided, to seriously think, which was how I ended up telling Adriana for a second time that I just wanted to be friends after feeling yesterday that It could be more. I realised that I want someone who I am crazy about, no matter where they are, I want someone that I can really really talk to and someone who will put up with me writing them love songs (I am a musician its what I do) and telling them I love them (I mean once I actually do) I want someone who makes every single bit of sense, no matter how hard being with them is.
Now as for friends, I am looking for more people that can actually listen to me and that I can trust.
Oooh and I am looking for people that wouldn't mind me visiting them next summer for a few days or a week as I entirely plan on doing alot of travelling and my previous plan (To go and see my friend in mexico) is out of the window.

15th October 2005

It's two O' Clock on a Saturday, Afternoon and I am planning on going to see a band tonight that I have seen many times (Due to the fact that Steve, my mothers boyfriend is in it) and they are very good and very Scottish, "The Duke Of Portlands".
So the past month since my return to Scotland has been quite eventful, during the first week Adriana (My then girlfriend of two years) and I broke up, quite mutually. I proceeded to live in a state of lazyness for about a week before attempting to get my life back together. I spoke to an old friend in Mexico who is entirely too far away.
Then I ran into an old friend who Is over from Germany to study and her flat mates, two americans. One of which happened to be in most of my second year classes. So she became my new girlfriend (Rather unexpectedly) and during this whole process I discovered in taking them around Scotland just how much I love my country, I also discovered alot about myself. I also discovered that I could live away from it but that I would certainly have to come back alot.
Amanda and I then broke up (but will remain close friends). Now I am in the process of thinking exactly what I should do next, things have been changing so rapidly recently, I now need to screw my head back on, but before that as I have just got up after a late night hootooing attempting to get the RPG back to normality after the kings return. I will go and have a shower, have something great to eat and go from there.
Other things that happened over the past month, Had quite a few gigs which all went swimmingly (www.indirev.com), The rep cafe, The doghouse, Drouthy Neebors, St. Andrews University Union and one that was cancelled yesterday. we now have t-shirts for sale at www.cafepress.com/indirev, preview listens at www.myspace.com/indirevmusicand cds at http://indirev.tripod.com.
Ok so there was a random update on my life.
Another one will surely follow when I can be bothered.

Restite
Posted Oct 15, 2005
RPG! the Restite Kindom at http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/A4125232
You dont have to become a Restite to join the RPG
You can take on any sorts of roles, Ambassador from another Society, or a different title (Approved by the King) Just say I DONT WANT TO BE A RESTITE BUT I WANT TO PLAY in the JOBCENTRE page
You can also join the restites and become a Knight a groundskeeper, a cook or many other characters.
Now that the king is back and the events in restite over the past month are coming to a close, help restite bring back the normality, and odities or Restish life.

Namaste!
Posted Sep 5, 2005
Namaste everyone, I am back from my exploits in India. I will round off my Travelogue soon by taking all the ones posted so far and modifying them and adding to them, perhaps even for an AWW piece. I will assimilate myself slowly back into hootoo life over the next few days as everything is a bit overwhelming staight away. And especially back into restite and everything else I do around here.
Whats new in my life since my return well I am single now, something I didn't mention in my emails, my ex Gf and I broke up as I left for India, mutually. I have a brand new car, so am up for long drives to break the car in lol and hmmm am still amazed at the wonders of western food. I have to say that was the only thing in India that bothered me was the food, not that it wasnt fantastic but it takes a little bit of getting used to.
I also have something to say on the subject of going away for a bit.
Going away Is a wonderful thing, it gives you perspective, It gives you a new lease of life, especially going away to help others. Sometimes its a great thing to go away on your own and meet lots of new people, have new experiences.
I will add to that another time for now I am going to go and eat something with cheese in it (God i missed cheese)
