Maybe do a few restaurant reviews of the local establishments?
Just a thought. Your name intrigued me and when I stopped by and saw that Falkirk is a cuisine hotspot, I wondered why.

Hi - Jimi , sorry about the delayed reply, I have actually been mulling over any possible methods by which I could receive news of developments in my home town, as I haven't lived there for many years.
To be honest, my article (abour LAURIESTON) was intended to be mostly humourous, as the local eateries had progressed from 2 chip shops to 1 chip shop and 1 chinese takeaway in the twenty five years of my absence
You have stirred an idea up now though , and I may have to look further into Laurieston's current culinary status, to satisfy myself at least.
