Nonetheless, I visited your page and noticed your thread on researchers ages. It would seem we are of a similar age group, so perhaps we may find similar interests to chat about in the future.
Ah yes, and I have a great interest in the 'classic' SF of Asimov, Clarke etc.

Ah GB - I should have guessed why the name had changed.. .. no real problem in the 'celibacy' - I was chiding Mina for mentioning her new nipple piercing in a thread dedicated to abstinence. Obviously not very successfully (?) but in my defense, there was a triple simulpost to muddy the water....
Sorry to hear about your dissapointing VR/RL experience, coincidently, I am about to attempt a similar 'materialisation' myself and I'll let you know how I get along...

I must just be one of those people who are easy to talk to, I guess! You are still seeing one another then? Well that's progress I am not bothered about being in the top 5 forums, I found it very touching that a man was able to post his feelings on his child's stillbirth, after I wrote a Guide Entry on it....amazing.

Its true that friendship is valuable, and can sometimes last a lifetime, whereas sexual partners come and go, sometimes with bad feeling. The ideal combination of the two is most peoples dream ( I think someone posted a similar thought )
