Hello Sara, thank you so much for posting the item on vegetarian restaurants in Burlington VT. I am visiting my old colleague this fall in Burlington, (we both used to work together 1972-74 for a UK campus of a US college) and as I am a vegetarian of 30+ years, I was delighted to find your item. My friend would have worried about feeding me otherwise I guess. I'm so looking forward to seeing Burlington and my old friend again. I'm able to do it as I've just retired. Hoorah!
