I have an idea that the League should have a Courtroom, where villains can be brought to justice and minor disputes arbitrated without recourse to the Arena.

Of course, the justice prescribed may involve a duel in the Arena, or simply some community service in another League area (Librarian for a month or something).

What do you think?

yeah, that's a nice idea. although if it's just the people signed up to be villains who will be tried there then it's a bit unfair.

if you didn't mean that but a room where anyone found to be breaking league rules can be tried then yeah it's good, although it might not get much use and we could use the council room for that anyway.

when pinky gets online get her to come and have a look here so she can decide too. i'm not fully convinced yet but don't worry about it.
