Thought I'd formally say hello to you lol. I see you're in a Doctor Who group on here...and I was wondering how I'd get into that. I'm a rabid Doctor Who fan lol (as if you couldn't tell with all the 's in my posts and my name). So here's a formal hello, and have a nice day!

You know, I have to say, people around here are so much more nice and helpful than on other forum sites I use. I love it!

That's because h2g2 rocks!

I've been on two other forum sites and on there they weren't bad. Didn't come close to this one though, I've never found a nicer bunch than on here, and I've never even met any of them in real life. Isn't it weird how you can chat, converse and be friendly with so many people without even meeting them or being in the same country? I love the internet.

Me too. Honestly, my best friend is someone I've never met other than online who lives in the UK (I live in the USA).

I have people I've been talking to for over a year on here who I've never met. I'm hoping to go to an h2g2 Meet one day so I can meet everyone in real life.
I think Doctor Who starts tonight, can't wait!

I am so jealous! BBC America hasn't even played the first David Tennant season yet, and doesn't play the Chris Eccleston episodes anymore either. I had to buy the first Tennant series on DVD just to get my new Doctor fix lol.

I watched most of it and I have both dvd box sets too. I haven't seen the latest christmas special though with Catherine Tate. I don't know if you need to have seen it to understand the first episode of this new series. I'm hoping no.

I haven't seen it! And I missed the first episode because I was out to supper! I did catch the first episode of series 2 on repeat, the one with the cat nuns, that's one of my favourites.
