me and life's fine, although life is getting a bit tetchy about your antics in the boardroom. other that that all's well i suppose. how's things your end?
League's his a quiet spot recently. only one new member in the last few months, but the new room is coming along quite well (hospital wing if you didn't know yet)

hellooo..sorry for not replying earlier. I get absent minded and forgetful. Its what happens when you reach the tender age of 23...
Life is fairly good. Been working - which has been interesting, and also dull at times. But being paid always makes up for it Just got paid yesterday so whoohooo. Although my next pay is now until the end of January so d'oh.
Yeah I noticed the league being quiet. I havent returned to RPG in the city, mainly because i get forgetful, and by the time i return so much has happened that its annoying....I disappeared for a month in september, and came back and there were so many posts, that I didnt want to return.
Ah well. Hows school?

tender age of 23? suddenly i don't want to grow up. where's peter pan when you need him?
work. i was doing that. my brother and me have to work at my old school because my parents teach there. we were setting up for the carol service and then taking it down. it was horrible, chairs are so unnecessary, why can't they all just sit on the floor? although it's £6.50 an hour and we left at lunch time so it's not all bad.
there's this new guy in the league, thornthedruidguy, who i've seen around the MotMV before. he posts repeatedly and he's really hard to follow because of his style but he has had some good ideas too so it might not be all bad. although it did take him a while to find the sign up thread.
school was ok but it's over now. got loads of holiday work though which i am physically unable to concentrate on. and i've got modular exams as soon as i get back. fun.

Kitish Posted Dec 17, 2005
yeah ive been begging peter pan to come for me...but he refuses to...any ideas?
Yeah my sentiments too - why dont people sit on the floor? saves lugging chairs around - particularly when you only need 100 or 200 for about 3 hours. *mutter mutter*
eekkk..modular exams!! Nasty! I was the last year before they implemented the whole modular exam thing which was good in a way but bad in other ways - it meant that i did all my cramming at the end, which was bad - didnt do that great. Did have modular maths exams though, but something good to be said about modular exams....
But ah well - like my teachers always used to say - you dont get holidays anymore - they're called 'working breaks'...
Worth seeing how the new guy settles in. Just guide him gently - you're good at that
Im in such a random mood today...so so so very bad...

how about constantly chanting 'i beleive in fairies' wherever you go? that might work.
try 500 chairs plus staging blocks and carpets. not fun i can tell you, especially winching them on a manual winch up to the storage balcony.
i've got 4 maybe 5 modules when i get back. some people have only 2 though. and i don't get a proper work free holiday until the summer when i'll still have introduction to A-level work probably.
"Worth seeing how the new guy settles in. Just guide him gently - you're good at that"
aww thanks. i do try.
why the bad mood? cheer up if you want. if you don't then check out pudding. there's a link on my ps.

i wasn't in a bad mood...just saying i was in a random mood! Which means im a tad on the strange and randomess side...
Although later on i found out a friend of mine had overdosed again, so had been put back in a psche ward which wasn't so great...but ah well. Atleast she's still alive!
Shall check out that pudding link...

i get random moods sometimes like after watching really involving films. i always get too into the film emotionally and then when it finishes i'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do next.
overdose huh? sounds pretty bad. was it accidental? hope you don't mind me asking. anyway, hope she recovers.

hi kitush, sorry i didn't reply before but the servers went down and they've takes some of our postings with them!
i was going to say hope the situation improves. we had a woman who came to talk to us at school who had been anorexic and nearly died and she was talking about when people were trying to help her and at the time she would rather have been left alone but looking back she appreciated the help people tried to give her. sometimes the best way to get through to someone is to shock them. this woman tried to leave rehab once and her dad told her that if she did she wouldn't be welome back home and that shocked her into staying and eventually she recovered.
hope you're ok too.

Kitish Posted Dec 20, 2005
yeah i saw missing messages. annoyed but i couldnt be bothered to re-write mine...
yeah..problem is shock tactics dont always work with my friend....she's too zoned out. And the thing she knows what shes doing and how its hurting us all, but she cant stop herself. she's deluded herself its best if she wasnt around to hurt us...ah dear.
im fine. ill today so not at work. ah well...
evenin'
Galigan Posted Dec 20, 2005
let her know how much she means to everyone. although you've probably been doing that already so that suggestion isn't really and use.
hope the illness clears up and that you're ok otherwise.

Hey Gal - isnt there anyway you can encourage your 'friends' to not do stupid posts on h2g2? The recent post on the league thread is just plain stupid.
Now that my rant is over, hope you're ok ! hows life?

Galigan Posted May 8, 2006
Yeah, sorry about them. They only really do it when they're bored and all together. Normally they get bored and go away after a while. They're just immature really.
Other than them I'm doing ok. Back at school but it isn't that bad. How about you?
evenin'
Kitish Posted May 8, 2006
Not bad me....Doing my exams now which isn't so great, but they're going ok so thats ok. Having talks about my job which isn't so great, but to be honest its not too bad....
When are your first modules?
evenin'
Galigan Posted May 8, 2006
I think my first one is the 22nd of may which is maths. That's also quite soon so I need to start worrying about it and actually do some work. I thought you were over 20? What exams are you doing? And as I recall you have a job doing something with computers. Is that right?
