h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hello Galigan.OK,well,I am not sure what I am doing here.I wanted to play the game,sure you know,Hitchhikers Guide Game.Well I ended up here.Feeling a little like Arthur.I do like your umm,page,is that right.So I am going to go around this forum and see what it is all about.I thank you for your time and maybe this will be fun.zeldaautumn

what Hitchhiker's game is this? i tried to play the original a while ago, the one where you just type stuff and it works like that, but i couldn't get out of the bedroom. oh well.

Hello again.Well this is the second time here{on this site}Busy,busy.The game was indeed the same one you were playing.I got as far as the pub,then down the street.Now I am stuck.I have just learned HTML and am going to try to learn this guideml.Thank you for reply and I will check out the areas you listed.

ok, about the game, how do you get out of the bedroom, because when i was doing it he kept walking into the wall and couldn't turn on the lights because it hurt his eyes or something.

p.s. what is the website for that game again? i can't find it.

Goodevening.Yes,I have been able to do some fun stuff on my page,thanks to helpful folk.I will get a chance to be on here a bit more,as I get three lovely days off comming up next week.The game is at www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/hitchhikers.Then once there,go to their search and type in Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy game.A page will come up and on the left you will see the link to the game,it just says game.Well in the game,at the very start the first thing I did was type in ,Turn on light,I had no problem.Pick up gown .Put on gown.Look in pocket.Take the analgesic.Pick up screwdriver.Walk out door.Walk south.Pick up mail.Read mail.Lie down.Wait.Wait.Wait.Do not take the towel,don`t type this in.Wait.Then Prosser will take your place and you can go off to the pub.I`ll leave you there,if you need more help just ask,though I have not played in a few days and I got stuck once I was out of the pub.So talk to you soon.I am going to try and do a story.Bye.

Sorry,I forgot one thing,after turn on the light,stand up.I know you would have figured that out.TTFN

Ah nuts.I just went back to the game and I was wrong about lying down after reading the mail.I can`t remember the next part.If I figure it out I will let you know.So sorry.
