Damp.

It's still raining.
When I got to work this morning, I had to dry off under the hand dryer for a few minutes. Plus, I bought new socks at lunch because the ones I was wearing were saturated.
Hopefully, it won't be like this tomorrow, though by about 10 (pm!) I should be too inebriated to care. Good ol' birthday celebrations
