Hammy of Hamster (died, still moving)

My friend-enemy was born Lucinda but she calls herself LuLu. Is that not annoying?

lol, everyone is annoyed.
Lucinda is such a nice name and to abbreveate it to LuLu seems tragic. I get annoyed by that sort of thing, in fact I'm the only one it annoys I think.

Don't give me that dumb blonde looksmiley - smiley.

It's just a shame my real name isn't as nice as Lucinda... I blame my parents... smiley - smiley

I can only do the dumb blonde look when I've been out in the sun too long...

he has one: http://www.h2g2.com/A127540
by our old friend grey area. It a little bit brief though.

so which is your favourite book. Mine's got to be Player of Games. It's soo simple and elegant. Or maybe Excession. It's so wierd and all those Minds. But then again....

I like Use of Weapons - it's probably the most shocking book I've read - and the way it's written works perfectly to enhance it - the whole book aims at this one moment in time...

Use of weapons is certainly a good book although it's not one of my favorites. The jumping about through time I find very disorienting.

I've only read two. I thought "The wasp Factory" was wicked, but then I read "The Business" And it was IN MY OPINION (to stave off the moderator) the hugest pile of excrement it has ever been my misfortune to read.
But then again, I didn't really like "Girfriend in a coma" either. Go figure.

I read the wasp factory. It's pretty cool. I got against a dark background from a second hand stall and thought it was brilliant. I've never looked back at his fiction, myself. What's the point when his sci-fi is so good?
