I think you might have the wrong end of the stick. I was inviting myself along to a party. My attempt at gatecrashing failed miserably as I wandered the length of the UK trying to find it.

Yes yes, I got that bit- Martin's housewarming. The 'Martin sucking up' bit was in reference to Martin's 'we missed you' comment

Well, I was assuming sarcasm and so added sacrcasm.... Sarcasm squared, what's that? If you have sarcasm cubed, do you end up back at serious, or are you on a whole new level of p**s-take?

Actually, I wasn't being particularly sarcastic. It's nice seeing Mina - though I wasn't totally surprised when she didn't find my place... especially given that a colleague who lives in the same town also couldn't find it.
